We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team!

The Program/Project Manager (Key Personnel) is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects on behalf of government agency personnel under the Land Management Integrated Resources Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This role ensures successful project execution by maintaining cost, schedule, and performance metrics while serving as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor and maintain project cost, schedule, and performance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Government Program Managers to provide updates, address risks, and ensure deliverable expectations are met.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to government personnel by offering analytical insights and guidance for project execution.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of program and project-level strategies.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, policies, and BPA requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in project and/or program management, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with government and stakeholder audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and operational management capabilities.

Experience & Education

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of progressive program/project management experience.
  • Option 2: Associate degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting or working within the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA or similar federal contracting environments is highly preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of direct project management experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with federal agencies, particularly in land management or natural resource programs.
  • Familiarity with government project reporting tools, performance tracking, and compliance standards.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
